About the role
We are looking for a Student Assistant to support our People & Leadership Development team. As a team, we are driving on-going organizational development initiatives and improvements, promoting an integrated approach to unleashing our full people potential.

You will play a key role in this work, assisting with both creative, strategic and coordinating tasks. You will take on a varied role working closely with experienced colleagues, in gaining hands-on insight into how HR and people development initiatives are shaped and executed.

In this role, you will contribute to the creation of engaging development materials, support the planning and coordination of initiatives, and help ensure structure and progress across our activities.

The position is part-time (approx. 15–20 hours per week).

How you might spend your days
As our new Student Assistant, you will:

• Design and develop PowerPoint presentations (e.g., leadership material, workshops, and concepts)
• Contribute to the development of materials and internal communication
• Bring structure to and maintain annual cycles, plans, and project overviews
• Support planning and coordination of workshops, activities, and development initiatives
• Support the team with various ad hoc tasks

What you bring to the role

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme (e.g., HR, Communication, Psychology and Business, Business or similar)
• Experienced user in PowerPoint, Great interest and preferably experience in communicating complex information into clear and engaging presentations
• Skilled in planning larger tasks and thrive cooperating with different people
• Fluent in written and spoken English
