About this opportunity
Welcome to Product Sales and the new organization Savings Product & Offerings. We work across the value chain end to end to deliver market‑leading savings and investment offerings for all customer segments. As expectations increase for seamless, engaging and transparent investment experiences, we see a strong need to further elevate how we introduce product themes, communicate market opportunities, and support sales across channels.
As a member for Product Sales, you will drive commercial excellence across the savings product portfolio. You will strengthen how we bring product concepts to market, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and support both advisors and customers with compelling insights and presentations. You will be responsible for new product launches and collaborating closely with Savings products and offerings, group brand & communication, digital sales and CRUs. The role will be based in Nordea Metro Copenhagen, Denmark
What you’ll be doing:
- Introduce, package and communicate savings and investment product themes in a clear and compelling way
- Drive product‑related sales initiatives and support execution across channels
- Deliver presentations and insights to customers, advisers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure strong collaboration across the savings value chain to drive commercial impact
- Manage day‑to‑day priorities while advising senior leaders on commercial and product‑related opportunities
- Represent Product sales in cross‑Nordic forums and leadership dialogues

- Have strong commercial drive and the ability to turn complex product topics into clear narratives
- Are passionate about customer needs, investment behavior and value creation
- Are a strong communicator, comfortable presenting to both advisors and customers
- Excel in stakeholder management and thrive in an environment with many interfaces
- Have an interest in data‑driven insights and how they can improve customer understanding
Your experience and background:
- University degree or equivalent, and +10 years of experience in the financial industry in savings and investment.
- Strong understanding of savings and investment products, themes and market dynamics
- Deep knowledge of private markets and alternative investments
- Proven ability to drive commercial initiatives and support sales organizations
- Experience working with product communication, product launches or advisory support
- Interest in digitalization and how technology can enhance customer engagement
- You are fluent in one or more of the Nordic languages and English
