Technical Project Lead

What you will do

As a Technical Project Lead, you play a key role in shaping and delivering digital products. You guide both partners and teams through planning and execution, ensuring clarity, momentum, and quality at every step.

You work closely with design and commercial leads as part of a collaborative trio. Together, you align product direction, manage complexity, and deliver outcomes that matter.

More specifically you will:

• Lead planning and execution of digital products across their full lifecycle

• Align scope, timelines, budgets, and team capabilities

• Identify risks early and drive clear, pragmatic solutions

• Act as a trusted advisor to partners on technical direction and delivery

• Facilitate partner and team communication, ensuring transparency and progress

• Translate product direction into actionable plans together with developers

• Drive internal planning, follow-ups, and ongoing progress tracking

• Strengthen how we estimate, plan, and deliver over time

Who you are

Are you ready to make this role your own? We believe you might feel at home with us if you have:

• Experience leading software or digital product development

• Strong technical understanding and the ability to engage confidently with engineers on implementation, architecture, and technical trade-offs

• Experience working closely with software development teams in hands-on delivery environments

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships

• A structured yet pragmatic approach to planning and execution

• The confidence to take ownership in environments with limited predefined processes

• Curiosity and the courage to challenge how things are done

• Fluency in English and Danish

Experience with mobile apps is a plus, but not essential.

We are organized with a very flat hierarchy with team leads who also have technical backgrounds.

Our studio is located in Islands Brygge, close to public transportation and the harbor, where both summertime and wintertime swimming is enjoyed.

The space offers a modern, welcoming environment with room to connect and collaborate. Alongside the work, you will find a range of activities - from PlayStation tournaments and board game nights to LEGO days and informal competitions.
