Customer Service Agent to Lisbon, Portugal!

What will you do?
- Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, chat, and social media
- Guide users through account registration and sign-in processes
- Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, and playback issues
- Provide support with app installation, device compatibility, and settings
- Assist customers with subscription management, payment updates, and billing issues
- Support users with subscription pauses and cancellations
- Collect and communicate user feedback to contribute to platform improvements
- Ensure high-quality service and efficient response times across all channels

Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Able to handle technical troubleshooting in a structured and patient manner
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Flexible and available to work rotational shifts
