Your Role
As Key Account Manager, you will drive sales of our dermatology portfolio within your assigned territory. You will identify business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, general practitioners and other healthcare stakeholders, and execute customer-centric sales initiatives in line with company strategy. The role reports to the Nordic Head of Sales and involves close collaboration across the Nordic organization.

• Achieve sales targets and deliver business results through targeted territory planning and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, influencers and other key healthcare stakeholders, using multichannel planning and CRM tools such as Veeva for effective follow-up and documentation.
• Identify new key customers and changes in decision-making processes, developing compliant solutions that create value for customers and LEO Pharma.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Compliance and other internal functions to support national and regional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data, manage the KAM budget with an ROI mindset, and report progress to management.

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• A relevant academic degree in life sciences, business or a comparable qualification through experience.
• Proven experience managing key accounts, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, with demonstrated results.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation and relationship management, together with a solid understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour and business development.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken, plus a willingness to travel and a valid driving licence.

Together, you will create customer-centric, compliant solutions and support the continued development of LEO Pharma’s dermatology portfolio.
