Do you want to build your customer service career in Lisbon? Our client is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team in Portugal.Support customers of a leading home appliances brand by handling warranty-related inquiries via phone and email. With operations in more than 20 countries, they employ over 130,000 professionals delivering high-quality services for major international brands across diverse industries.What will you do?Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and emailAssist customers with appliance warranty renewalsAnswer questions related to warranty coverageSupport customers with issues regarding home appliancesDeliver professional and customer-focused serviceEnsure accurate handling of customer cases and follow-up when neededAbout LisbonExperience life in one of Europe's most vibrant capitals. Requirements
Candidate profileNative or near-native level of Danish (C2)Good oral and written communication skillsBasic computer knowledge from a user's perspectiveExperience in face-to-face or contact centre customer service is an advantageCustomer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personalityAbility to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
