Nordic Supply Planner - Consumer Products Division

As the Nordic Supply Planner, you act as the crucial link between factories, Demand Planning, Marketing and Sales. The role is a fast-paced, high-impact position focused on balancing product availability with inventory optimization. The role reports to the Nordic Supply Planning Manager. 

Key Job Accountabilities: 

• Inventory optimization: manage the stock equation to achieve target days of supply.
• Product availability: accountable for product service level, proactively identify “Out of stock” risks and execute mitigation plans.
• Parameter management: regularly set up and update supply planning parameters.
• Excess and obsolete control: monitor slow-moving and obsolete stocks.
• Catalogue management: ensure master data for your assigned portfolio is accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with demand planners, commercial and other stakeholders to align supply capacity.
• Act as the primary contact for factories and subcontractors to negotiate production slots, resolve capacity constraints and prioritize accordingly.

Your Profile: 

• You have a master's degree or equivalent. 
• Previous experience in planning roles is a plus. 
• You are IT literate with advanced Excel skills. 
• You have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. 
• You have excellent communication skills. 
• You are proactive, prioritize efficiently, and demonstrate initiative. 
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to drive action. 
• You are flexible and thrive in a dynamic and changing work environment.
