SampleMaster® delivers high-quality, customised sample and decision tools to leading international brands such as MillerKnoll, Steelcase, Bang & Olufsen, BoConcept, Bolia, and more. To support our continued growth and strengthen our operational performance, we are looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to coordinate and develop sourcing, purchasing, and master data activities in Marijampole.
This is a hands-on role combining operational coordination, team support, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end supply chain process.
Your primary focus will be
- Coordinate and supervise daily sourcing, purchasing, and master data activities
- Support Sales, Customer Operations, and Production with material and supplier expertise
- Ensure high-quality and accurate ERP master data and supplier information
- Strengthen supplier relationships and secure competitive purchasing conditions
- Drive process improvements, standardisation, and efficiency across Supply Chain operations
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate sourcing activities and purchasing processes based on business needs
- Supervise and support team members within the Supply Chain function
- Negotiate prices, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers
- Maintain and develop strong supplier partnerships and monitor performance
- Ensure accurate ERP master data including materials, suppliers, and BOM structures
- Support new product implementation and sourcing solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally on feasibility, lead time, and material availability topics
- Contribute to ERP development, digitalisation, and process optimisation initiatives
- Prepare KPI reports and support operational follow-up
We are looking for a profile who
- Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, sourcing, purchasing, or logistics
- Has experience working in a coordinating role or supporting teams in an operational environment
- Is structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrates a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Has strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
- Has experience working with ERP systems and Excel
- Is fluent in English, written and spoken
