Internship - Communications & PR - Copenhagen
About the Role
Our Communications team is looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to manage the operational side of PR—research, coordination, tracking, and logistics that make campaigns move.
You will work under the supervision of the Communications and PR Manager.
Media Research & Database Management
- Identify and research journalists, editors, and publications relevant to our campaigns
- Build and maintain our media contact database
- Track journalist coverage and beat areas
- Organize pitch lists by campaign and publication type
- Press outreach
- Keep records of outreach: who we've pitched, when, responses
Award Administration
- Research architecture and design award programs
- Track submission deadlines across multiple programs

- Liaise with BD team on status and deadlines
Event & Conference Management
- Track Call for Papers and speaking opportunity deadlines
- Research and compile conference submissions for leadership review
- Manage speaker proposal logistics and timelines
- Coordinate event registration, travel, speaker bios
- Organize speaker materials and event briefs
- Follow up on submissions and confirmations
Website Support & Content Management
- Coordinate day-to-day website updates with the Communications Manager: project launches, news items, campaign features
- Manage and organize website assets (images, PDFs, downloads) with proper naming and tagging
- Update staff pages, team profiles, and office information
- Support content migration when needed (moving old news to archive, restructuring project pages)
About you
- Interest in communications, PR, or media
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Written English fluency
- Curiosity about media and journalists
- Comfort with spreadsheets and databases
- Eligible to work as an intern in Denmark
