Für unseren Standort in Peine suchen wir zuverlässige Unterstützung im Bereich Produktdaten, Datenpflege und PIM-System. Nach der Einarbeitung ist auch mobiles Arbeiten möglich.

Dancop ist ein internationales Großhandelsunternehmen für industrielle Sicherheitslösungen und Betriebseinrichtungen. Von unserem Standort in Peine beliefern wir Kunden und Handelspartner in mehreren europäischen Märkten.
Deine Aufgaben
- Pflege und Vervollständigung von Produktdaten in Excel-Tabellen und in unserem PIM-System
- Erstellen und Anpassen von Artikeltexten, Produkttiteln und Überschriften auf Basis vorgegebener Textbausteine (z. B. Farbe, Länge, Abmessungen)
- Einpflegen von Übersetzungen (u. a. Deutsch, Englisch, Dänisch, Französisch) mithilfe KI-gestützter Tools
- Aufbereitung von Produktinformationen für Onlineshop, Datenblätter, Aufträge, Rechnungen und Lieferscheine
- Kontrolle der Daten auf Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz und Richtigkeit
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Produktmanagerin
Arbeitszeiten
- Ca. 5–8 Stunden pro Woche – genauer Stundenumfang nach Absprache
- Flexible Zeiteinteilung – gut mit Studium, Ausbildung oder anderen Verpflichtungen vereinbar
- Arbeitsort: Peine-Stederdorf – nach der Einarbeitung teilweise mobil möglich
Dein Profil
Du arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen, Daten und Tabellen und behältst auch bei großen Datenmengen und wiederkehrenden Aufgaben den Überblick. Du arbeitest selbstständig, genau und zuverlässig – und hast Spaß daran, dass am Ende alles sauber und einheitlich ist.
Das bringst du mit
- Idealerweise ein laufendes Studium, z. B. in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, E-Commerce, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich – die Stelle eignet sich besonders gut neben dem Studium
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel (Tabellen strukturieren, Filter, einfache Formeln)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse – weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Erste Erfahrung mit PIM-, ERP- oder Shopsystemen von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
