Job Description

What You’ll Do as a Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, Nordics, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our go-to-market strategy to life across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and executional level. You will help shape regional marketing priorities, while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver impactful campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline and growth.

Working closely with sales, partners and the wider marketing organisation, you will translate business priorities into integrated marketing programs that connect with customers and deliver measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with sales and marketing leaders to execute integrated marketing programs aligned to the Nordic go-to-market strategy.
• Own the successful delivery of the Nordic marketing plan, ensuring campaigns and activities are executed consistently, effectively and on schedule.
• Develop and activate local marketing initiatives across digital, account-based marketing (ABM), partner marketing, events and customer engagement programs.
• Localise global and regional messaging, content and campaigns to resonate with audiences across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and partners to maximise market impact and support pipeline generation.
• Execute and optimise digital marketing tactics including email marketing, paid media, nurture programs and campaign workflows.
• Use insights and analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities and continuously improve results.
• Plan and deliver engaging customer events, executive roundtables, workshops and webinars.
• Maintain operational excellence across marketing systems including Workfront, Marketo and Salesforce.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping shape marketing priorities through data, market insight and business understanding.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, digital marketing or a related B2B marketing role.
• Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience adapting global or regional campaigns for local markets and audiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English required; Danish or Norwegian language skills are advantageous.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
