About the role

As a Student Regulatory Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation and compliance efforts. You’ll jumpstart your career in a role that provides a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience within a dynamic, collaborative environment. Together, we will work to navigate the exciting regulatory landscape, ensuring our diverse product range not only meets but exceeds the highest standards.

Your responsibilities

- Support invoice handling, purchase orders and department budget tracing in collaboration with Finance and Head of Regulatory Affairs Nordics.
- Support product registrations, maintenane activities, annual reporting and regulatory submisions in Nordics national databases.
- Maintain and update internal and external regulatory systems, databases, tracker and information platforms (e.g. GRIAS, CARA, local trackers).
- Support internal stakeholders with the handling, organization and archiving regulatory documentation, correspondence and Safety Data Sheets.
- Support external stakeholders with providing Safety Data Sheets.

- Monitor authority webpages for regulatory intelligence and provide administrative support in regulatory SOP development.

- Assist with artwork and promotional material (no approval responisbilities)

-Prepare report, translations, presentations, market-specific listing documentation and other administrative materials for the Nordic Regulatory Team.

The experience we're looking for

- Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master's degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biomedicine, Pharmaceutical or similar scientific disciplines. 
- Fluent in Danish.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal skills).
- Aditional Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) are considered as an advantage.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel.
