At Hobbii, the happiest place on earth for yarn lovers, we're on the hunt for a Temporary Danish and german-speaking Customer Success Associate & Crafting Expert! We like to think we have the nicest customers in the world. Bold statement, right? But how about experiencing it for yourself? We're looking for a new member to join our vibrant and international Customer Success team. Alongside 15 dedicated and helpful colleagues, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers. We're after a happy, smiling, and outgoing individual who, most importantly, loves being in contact with customers🤗

Whether you’re new to Customer Success or have some experience under your belt, our team will make sure you’re properly onboarded. You’ll quickly pick up our playful tone of voice (both with customers and internally) and get familiar with our systems and platforms

WHAT’S THE JOB ABOUT?

As a Customer Success Associate & Crafting Expert at Hobbii, you’ll be looking after our lovely customers via email, phone and Trustpilot. You’ll play a key role in delivering the best customer service possible. With your charm and dedication, you’ll assist our customers with everything from yarn, patterns and product specifics to general questions about shipping details and more.

Psst... We expect that you can say yes to:

• Strong knitting or crocheting skills and that you can read/understand/explain patterns🧶
• Experience in communicating with customers
• Professional proficiency in Danish and fluency in both German and English (both spoken and written) - We're basically looking for a linguistic wizard/witch
• Excited about how AI can support you - experience with this is a BIG PLUS😇
• A Danish work permit

THE PRACTICAL STUFF

You’ll be based at our vibrant HQ on Dortheavej, Copenhagen, where we offer brekkie, a delicious lunch, themed Friday bars, and damn good coffee ☕️. We’re also flexible with remote working 🧑‍💻 as long as we get to enjoy your company at the office minimum 3-4 days weekly. We’d love for you to join us as soon as possible and stay until the end of January 2027. It’s a temporary full-time role. Save time and skip the long cover letter.
