About the job
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our sales organization in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Based in our showroom in Düsseldorf, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding business with department stores and e-commerce partners. You will report to the DACH Country Manager.

More specifically, your key tasks will include:

• Manage and develop relationships with key retail partners, including department stores and online platforms in the DACH region
• Drive sales growth, ensure brand consistency, and optimize visibility across partner channels
• Prepare and execute annual sales plans and forecasts
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities within established frameworks
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes
• Monitor market and competitor activity, providing insights to the global sales team
• Represent &Tradition at trade shows, partner meetings, and showroom events
• Travel within the DACH region and occasionally to Copenhagen (approx. 20–30%)

Your Profile
You have proven sales experience in the furniture, design, or interior industry. You are excellent at communicating and building strong relations. As a person you are organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently. You like travelling and find energy in visiting customers most of the time. You are located in the Düsseldorf area or are willing to move there. You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written and French is an advantage.
