Help us build a happier, healthier office culture Clutch Nutrition is on a mission to make functional nutrition accessible to everyone. We create science-backed drinks and nutritional products that help people feel focused, energized and well, without relying on caffeine, sugar crashes or artificial shortcuts. We are growing our sales team and are now looking for an ambitious junior business developer to help bring Clutch into more workplaces across Copenhagen.

YOUR ROLE

You will introduce Clutch to companies that want to improve employee wellbeing and workplace performance. You’ll build relationships with new customers, arrange product tastings and turn promising conversations into lasting partnerships. You will have the freedom to organize your own working day, take ownership of your customer pipeline and help shape how we grow our B2B business.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Your personality and mindset matter more to us than years of sales experience. You are:

• Outgoing, positive and genuinely good with people
• Confident enough to approach new companies and start conversations
• Curious, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility
• Motivated by goals and persistent when the first answer is “not yet”
• Interested in health, nutrition and building better everyday habits
• A natural ambassador who can represent Clutch with energy and credibility
• Fluent in Danish and comfortable communicating in English

You don’t need a long sales CV. We can teach you our products, processes and sales approach. What we cannot teach is enthusiasm, drive and the ability to make people want to join a movement.
