About the Role

We're now hiring 1-3 part-time Business Developers that will play a hands-on role in shaping how Noteless expands across markets. For this position, we’re specifically looking for someone to focus on the German market, working closely with our existing Business Developers to help drive Noteless’ expansion in the DACH region. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team to identify, test, and execute high-impact growth initiatives.

This role is based in our Copenhagen office.

This is a part-time position (typically 15–25 hours/week), with flexibility from week to week depending on your availability and the company’s needs. We will review and hire applicants continuously.

You’ll

• Work on a wide range of projects across growth, operations, and business execution, wherever the biggest opportunities are.

• Help design and run creative experiments and initiatives that move key company metrics.

• Identify and solve operational challenges as we scale, improving how the company runs day to day.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Growth Project Manager to prioritize and execute the most impactful initiatives.

• Take ownership of your own projects, from idea to execution, and see the real impact of your work.

• Represent Noteless externally in meetings, partnerships, and events when needed, with a particular focus on German-speaking stakeholders.

Who You Are

• You’re a master’s student in business, economics, technology, or a related field.

• You’re ambitious, curious, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• You combine analytical thinking with a bias toward action; you like solving problems and making things happen.

• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by the challenge of building something new.

• You are fluent in German (spoken and written), ideally at a native or advanced level.

• You communicate clearly in English and German.
