Facility Assistant

Flatpay is growing and we're now looking for a service minded Facility Assistant for an hourly paid position of approximately 30 hours per week.

We prioritize creating a great office environment, where people enjoy coming to work. Our Facility Team is the heart of this, ensuring that our office is welcoming and runs smoothly every day.

In this role, you’ll be supporting our Facility team with ad hoc. practical tasks around the office and help with the dishes over the lunch hours in our canteen.

Your regular working hours will generally be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 14:00.

What you ’ ll do

From approx. 8:00 to 10:00, you'll assist with various practical facility tasks, including:

• Emptying dishwashers in stations around the office

• Cleaning coffee machines

• Taking out cardboard and other waste

• Restocking refrigerators

• Keeping shared areas clean and tidy

• Handling other practical ad hoc tasks

From 10:00 to 14:00, you'll be responsible for the dishes in our canteen in collaboration with our wonderful kitchen staff who daily prepares and serves breakfast and lunch to 300 Flatpayers.

• Communicate well and enjoy working with colleagues across the organization

The position involves regular lifting and physical work, such as handling crates of soft drinks, dishes, and other supplies. It is therefore important that you're comfortable performing tasks that can sometimes be physically demanding.
