Manager, Reverse Logistics & Compliance

Genmab seeks a Manager for Reverse Logistics & Compliance to develop and oversee global reverse logistics processes across US, EU, and APAC regions. The role manages product returns, recalls, expired inventory, and destruction while ensuring regulatory compliance and coordination across quality, finance, and regulatory functions.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage global reverse logistics processes for returns, collection, transportation, and final disposition
- Coordinate product returns with third-party logistics providers, distributors, and regional teams
- Lead supply chain execution of recalls and market withdrawals, including tracking and reconciliation
- Develop compliance framework across US, EU, and APAC; embed regulatory requirements into supply chain processes
- Monitor compliance adherence, drive corrective action closure, and coordinate training for internal and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, logistics, life sciences, or related field
- Five or more years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology logistics and supply chain operations
- Experience managing product returns, recalls, and destruction in regulated environments
- Knowledge of GDP/GxP principles, temperature-controlled distribution, and traceability
- Proficiency with ERP and warehouse management systems, preferably SAP
- Experience with supplier oversight, deviations, corrective actions, and audits
- Supply chain compliance background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
