Project Manager, Life Cycle Management

Genmab seeks a Project Manager for CMC Product Lifecycle Management to oversee commercial product manufacturing operations post-launch. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and contract manufacturers to ensure regulatory compliance, supply continuity, and successful execution of lifecycle activities across assigned manufacturing tracks.
Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing oversight and execute lifecycle activities for assigned manufacturing track post-commercial launch
- Lead operational governance with internal functions and external partners, aligning priorities and tracking progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders on deviation management, change control, complaint handling, and quality compliance
- Coordinate technical issue resolution and manage track risks with relevant experts and escalation
- Drive manufacturing changes, projects and improvements within agreed scope, timelines and budgets
Requirements
- Master's degree in science, engineering, biotech, pharmaceutical, or related technical discipline
- 4+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience in manufacturing operations or commercial product management
- CMC project management or manufacturing operations management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams in regulated, multicultural environments
- Knowledge of global cGMP requirements and regulatory expectations across major markets
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English
- Experience with commercial product lifecycle management and contract manufacturer oversight preferred
Compensation: DKK 597,312–895,968 base annual salary
