? As Regional Sales Manager Nordics at Galen, you will report directly to the General Manager & President and become a key member of the Nordic Leadership Team. You will lead and develop the Nordic sales organization, driving commercial performance, sustainable growth and profitability across the region while translating Galen's strategic ambitions into operational results. You will be responsible for delivering ambitious revenue and profitability targets through effective sales leadership, strategic business planning and a structured Key Account Management approach. By identifying growth opportunities, optimizing portfolio performance and using data-driven insights, you will ensure strong commercial execution and continuous business development across the Nordic markets. A key priority will be to inspire, coach and develop a high-performing sales team of 7 Key Account Managers in the Nordics, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer excellence. You will work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Commercial Operations to successfully execute brand strategies, product launches and lifecycle initiatives while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key stakeholders and opinion leaders throughout the region. In addition, you will have overall responsibility for forecasting, budget management, resource allocation and commercial performance tracking, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal return on investment. As a senior leader, you will contribute to the overall Nordic business strategy, ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and act as a trusted ambassador for Galen's values, culture and long-term growth ambitions.

? Commercially astute and hands-on leader with a proven track record in pharma/medical sales
? We expect you to hold a university degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline and have built a successful commercial career within the pharmaceutical, medical device or a similar regulated industry. You have experience leading sales teams, preferably in a Nordic or regional role, and a proven track record of delivering commercial results through strong leadership and strategic execution. You possess a solid understanding of the Nordic market and have experience developing and implementing commercial business plans, supporting product launches, and driving business growth. Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken, is essential. You are a commercially minded leader with strong analytical skills and business acumen, using data to drive performance and identify growth opportunities. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM systems, ideally Veeva CRM. You have a strong ability to coach and develop others, building high-performing teams and strengthening customer engagement.
