The Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Nordic Head of Commercial Excellence who is passionate about creating customer value, building new business opportunities, shaping and growing the future of Nordic Commercial Excellence business across the Nordic Life Science market.
The position is full-time, location is Stockholm.
You will report to our CEO, and be part of our Leadership Team. This is an opportunity to build a new strategic business area, develop innovative client offerings and help Life Science companies accelerate growth through commercial transformation.
In this role, you will combine strategy, consulting, business development, and thought leadership while working closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and colleagues across the Nordics. While the primary focus is on strategic advisory work, you are also expected to engage directly in client assignments when needed, taking a hands-on approach to support execution and deliver measurable business impact.
What You Will Do
Commercial Excellence
- Building and leading PharmaRelations' Commercial Excellence offerings.
- Translating market needs into scalable consulting services.
- Developing offerings within Commercial Strategy, Market Entry, Product Launch Excellence, Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, CRM and Omnichannel.
- Positioning PharmaRelations as a trusted Commercial Excellence partner across the Nordics.
Business Development
- Driving business growth through strategic client engagement.
- Building long-term executive relationships with new and existing stakeholders.
- Identifying commercial opportunities and leading proposal development.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to expanding client partnerships.
Consulting & Advisory
- Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
- Leading commercial transformation initiatives.
- Delivering high-value consulting engagements with measurable business impact.
- Supporting clients in building future-ready commercial capabilities.
Leadership & Growth
- Strengthening PharmaRelations' internal Commercial Excellence capabilities.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
- Sharing market insights and thought leadership.
- Contributing to the long-term strategic growth of PharmaRelations.
What You Will Bring
- Extensive experience in Commercial Excellence, Commercial Strategy, or Management Consulting.
- A combination of solid experience from the Life Science industry and a proven track record from a leading consulting organization serving the Life Science industry.
- Strong track record of business development and executive client engagement.
- Ability to translate market needs into differentiated client offerings.
- Strategic mindset combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English; a Nordic language is an advantage.
