THE ROLE

At Good Tape we are ready to level up. We've built up tons of data, a large user base, and a team that's eager to move fast. We have a world class product, shipping speed and roadmap that warrants our ambition level. We're looking for someone excited to own the path our users actually take through the product; from signup to activation to conversion, and to turn our data into a steady stream of experiments that move the numbers. You'll report directly to our CCO and work closely with our data scientist, on spotting opportunities and blind spots in the funnel, and Growth Marketing Manager, who owns everything that brings people to the door. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own funnel optimisation and CRO across signup, onboarding, pricing page, and in-product conversion points.
• Design, run, and analyse structured growth experiments end to end.
• Work closely with our data scientist to spot opportunities and blind spots across the conversion path.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate product launches into growth experiments and user value.
• Own the conversion funnels of our website; signup flow, pricing page and checkout.
• Feed funnel and experiment data into the pricing and positioning conversations led by our CCO.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A-can-do-mindset who are curious, humble and tech-savvy enough to build manual processes that we can later scale.
• An AI-first approach to problem solving
• An eye for UX and conversion-focused design is a plus
• Proactive, high-ownership mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience in product-led growth, CRO, or growth product management, and comfort with core SaaS metrics.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort designing and reading experiments.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a proven ability to learn quickly.
