Job Description

What are you going to do as Field Marketing Manager?

The marketing leader of your territory – you own the regional GTM plan end to end, in true partnership with your regional Sales leader, and you’re accountable for the pipeline that plan is built to deliver.

• Lead the Sales & Marketing relationship for your region: pipeline and forecasting calls, co-owned funnel metrics, agreement on what a qualified lead looks like
• Own lead, MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets for your region, tracked by new logo vs. upsell
• Run the quarterly work-back process with your Sales leader: turn the bookings target into a pipeline plan and close the gap
• Build the full-year regional GTM plan bottom-up, combining global direction with local market knowledge and pipeline targets
• Adjust the plan quarterly as a living document; decide which programs and events are worth your region’s time within budget
• Localise global campaign briefs and GTM launches for your region’s ICP, language, and buyer personas
• Select and run regional events, executive dinners, webinars, and shows with a clear activation playbook and meeting targets
• Own post-event follow-up so no lead in your region goes cold; feed field intelligence back to Demand Gen and Content

What you’ll own

• The regional field marketing plan and calendar in full
• Program and event selection, budget, and execution for your territory
• Regional pipeline and funnel metrics, jointly with your Sales leader

What success looks like (in the first 6-12 months)

• Your region’s GTM plan is built, aligned with Sales, and generating the pipeline it was designed to
• Sales leadership sees you as a co-owner of the number, not a support function
• Your events and campaigns clearly outperform a generic global rollout

Qualifications

Are you our new Field Marketing Manager?

Required experience & strengths

• Proven experience in field marketing, events, or integrated demand gen, ideally multi-region
• Experience in B2B SaaS; track record building and managing a full event portfolio
• Confident operating rhythm: planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Comfortable owning a number alongside Sales, not just reporting on activity
