For which tasks (responsibilities)?

1. Own the gameplay and design direction of our overseas casual mobile titles;

manage the full product lifecycle including roadmap, milestones, scope, budget, and

delivery.

2. Research global market trends, hit games, and competitors to inform product

strategy and direction adjustments.

3. Coordinate design, art, and engineering teams to drive development progress

and uphold game quality.

4. Lead soft launch, global launch, and long-term live operations; analyze postlaunch

performance and define improvement strategies.

5. Monitor core metrics including retention, ARPDAU, and LTV with the data team,

driving data-informed product optimization.

6. Run agile processes via Jira / Confluence; identify risks early and report

progress transparently.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of game industry experience, including 3+years in mobile F2P.

2. Track record of successfully launching and iterating on casual games from 0 to1, with team management experience.

3. Data-driven decision maker; hands-on understanding of F2P economy and

LiveOps.

4. Sharp market sense; strong communication, ownership, and execution skills.

5. Experience managing remote / distributed teams; fluent in English; proficient

with Jira / Confluence.
