Our business unit for bridges, geotechnics and tunnels is looking for a structured and proactive Danish-speaking Project & Tender Specialist to support our growing project organisation. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient document control and tender administration across major infrastructure and construction projects in Denmark.

You will join a professional project environment where structure, collaboration and high-quality documentation are essential to project success.

Your role and responsibilities

As Danish-speaking Project & Tender Specialist , you will support project teams throughout tender and project phases by ensuring that documentation is handled efficiently, accurately and in line with internal standards. Our internal control platforms are DALUX, ProjectWise, Aconex. We imagine you have worked with one or more of these, or an equivalent systems. Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting project teams with documentation and quality assurance: document workflows, approvals, and transmittals
  
  
• Ensuring correct filing, version control, distribution and archiving of technical and project documentation
• Supporting project teams with document workflows, approvals and transmittals
• Downloading, organising and structuring tender material from various procurement and tender platforms
• Assisting with the preparation, administration and submission of tenders

Your profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex documentation and thrives in a dynamic project environment. You likely have experience from construction, infrastructure or consultancy projects and take pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

We imagine that your current or former job(s) could have given you:

• Experience as a Document Controller, Project Administrator or similar role within engineering, construction or infrastructure projects
• Hands-on experience with document management systems (e.g. DALUX, ProjectWise, Aconex, SharePoint or similar)
• Familiarity with tender and procurement documentation processes
• Organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken
