Working as a Student Assistant at WSA
For our global HQ in Lynge, in the Copenhagen area, we are hiring a Student Assistant who will be part of the global Marketing Insights and Programs Team.

As a Student Assistant, you will be an integral part of the global marketing organization. You will support our global commercial teams in measuring the performance of markets, products, and brands.

You will assist in creating dashboards/insights to support critical business needs and priorities. Be a great contributor in preparing and maintaining regular reports and supporting the team with ad-hoc analyses. Furthermore, you will support projects to strengthen our Brand and Market Strategy, analyze our Business/ Brand Performance and help the team with ad hoc tasks.

The successful candidate has a business mindset with the ability to convert data to insights, holding a passion for Master Data Quality and an eye for detail.

Your Profile
• You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in either Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar.

• You have min. 12 months left of your studies

• You have good analytical skills, and you are structured and reliable in the way you work

• You are self-confident and have a can-do attitude, which enables you to work independently

• You set high standards for yourself and others, and you take pride in delivering quality

• You are curious by nature, and you are willing to learn about commercial excellence

• You master the English language, both written and verbal

• You have at least one previous relevant work experience in industry or consulting

• You are proficient in and have experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Ideally, you also have experience in working with Power BI and data visualizations, but this is not a requirement

Performance and personal competencies:
• Good analytical skills with care for the details and quality of work

• Problem solver with the ability to understand new topics fast

• Able to work independently, willing to go the extra mile, and to take own responsibility. Thriving in a highly international cross-functional working environment

• The corporate language is English. You need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Danish is not a necessity.

The expected workload will be around 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and vacations.
