Join NAKED Copenhagen as our new Creative Lead

Do you see visuals before they exist? Do you know how to turn brand identity into campaigns, designs, content, and experiences that people remember?

Then you might be the Creative Lead we’re looking for at NAKED Copenhagen.

This is not just a design role. It’s a key creative position at the heart of our Marketing & Creative Team, someone who’s shaping how NAKED Copenhagen looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint.

As our new Creative Lead, you’ll take ownership of our visual direction and help bring our brand universe to life across digital, physical, and social platforms.

Working closely with Stine, our Founder & CEO, you’ll play a key role in translating NAKED Copenhagen’s vision into creative concepts, campaigns, and experiences that resonate with our colleagues, partners, community, and customers.

You’ll collaborate closely with various professionals in the Marketing & Creative Team, as well as E-Commerce, Retail, Buying & Merchandising, and external partners, to develop ideas and execute content that strengthens our brand presence.

From campaign editorials and website experiences to social media, collaborations, and product design, you’ll be a central part of shaping, maintaining, and evolving the NAKED Copenhagen identity.

• Owning and evolving the brand's creative direction and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.

• Developing creative concepts and leading the visual execution of campaigns, content and brand experiences.

• Design and deliver exciting, engaging graphics across web pages, newsletters, logos, signs, advertisements, instore window layouts and other communication materials.

• Leading art direction for photo, video and content productions while ensuring a consistently high creative standard.

• Overseeing the visual expression across digital platforms, retail, events and all brand communication.

• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Ecommerce and other key teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.

• Leading selected collaborations, special projects and brand activations that strengthen the brand's visual identity and positioning.

Who You Are

• A confident creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling.

• 5+ years of experience within the fashion and lifestyle industry, with a scope including execution on design processes, graphic design, and campaign development.

• Experience with developing visual concepts from idea to final execution.

• Passionate about fashion, sneakers, culture, and contemporary brand building.

• Comfortable balancing creativity with ambitious commercial goals and deadlines.

• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with different teams while translating the creative agenda and vision.

• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once as we always operate with an ambitious marketing calendar.

• Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content creation.

• Communicate confidently in English, written and spoken.

• Have experience from a similar creative, design, or brand-focused role.

About the Marketing & Creative Team

You’ll join our Marketing & Creative Team led by Simon, our Buying & Marketing Director. Together, the team shapes and executes everything from campaigns and launches to shoots, social content, events, and brand collaborations.
