Team Leader Inbound Evening

NORMAL is constantly growing, and to support our growth journey we are looking for a new team leader for our inbound department on the evening shift, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. About the Role
As our Evening Team Leader for Inbound, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 10 colleagues – 1 Coordinator and 9 Receivers. Your focus will be developing your team, setting a clear direction, improving processes, ensuring a smooth transition between day and evening operations, and maintaining good communication with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting your team.

• Having regular 1:1 meetings with your team to guide, support, and help them grow.

• Planning daily operations and vacations, managing schedules, and handling recruitment.

• Learning the inbound processes and continuously looking for ways to improve them.

• Have ongoing dialogues with internal and external stakeholders about deliveries to our warehouse and how they can be optimized.

• Following up on inbound performance, safety, and compliance with company standards.

• Report to the Inbound Manager.

Who You Are
You are someone who gets motivated by seeing your team succeed and believes that a good team spirit leads to great results. You are approachable, organized, and have a structured way of working. At the same time, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help when needed.

You have a proactive mindset and stay calm and focused, even when things get busy. While communicating clearly, know how to keep people engaged, and bring a positive, people-first attitude to your work.

We also expect that:

• You have experience leading a team, preferably within inbound, warehousing, or logistics.

• Experience working with the Microsoft office package and ideally a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar tools is a plus.

• You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written.

Location & Hours

· Based at our warehouse in Hedensted.

· Full-time (37 hours/week).

· Evening shift: 15:00–23:00 Monday to Thursday 14:30 – 22:00 on Friday.
