Join us in this role where you’ll support the Digital Infrastructure & Operations (DI&O) Leadership Team through presentation development, financial reporting, stakeholder coordination, and communication activities. You’ll help create clear insights, maintain collaboration platforms, and contribute to the smooth running of a global digital organization while building valuable professional experience alongside your studies.

Welcome to Digital Infrastructure & Operations

You’ll be part of the DI&O Leadership Team support function where you, together with your colleagues, will support leadership activities, collaboration, and communication across a global organization of approximately 350 colleagues. DI&O provides the resilient infrastructure foundation for Ørsted’s digital services, including cloud and on-premises platforms, networks, workplace services, devices, collaboration platforms, support services, and operational tooling. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple locations, including Malaysia and Poland.

You’ll play an important role in:

• preparing and refining presentations, creating clear, professional, and engaging PowerPoint material,

• creating, updating, and maintaining content on SharePoint,

• supporting monthly financial reporting, purchase orders and related activities,

• providing coordination and ad hoc support to the DI&O Leadership Team,

• coordinating communication with stakeholders across DI&O and the wider organization,

• proactively gathering information, coordinating input, and following up on activities across the organization.

To succeed in the role, you:

• are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, economics, communication, international business, or equivalent experience,

• are motivated, structured, and demonstrate a strong work ethic,

• communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing,

• are comfortable working with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel,

• enjoy building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization,

• have a proactive approach, work independently when needed, and thrive as part of a team.

We expect you to work approximately 15 hours per week on average. We offer flexibility during exam periods, while ensuring you have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the team and develop your skills in a professional environment.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is 165 DKK bachelor/ 185 DKK master for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
