We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our client’s team as a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition into one of our many Danish-speaking jobs.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or support environment is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our multinational office environment in Sofia.
