PLM Manager

Do you want to take the lead on implementing and shaping a business-critical system that supports how we manage product data and engineering processes at Weibel?

At Weibel, we are establishing a robust and scalable Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) set up to support our advanced radar solutions. We are looking for a PLM Manager to drive the implementation and continuous development of our PLM system and ensure it creates value across the organization.

You will join our R&D organization and work closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and IT, playing a key role in aligning systems, processes, and ways of working.

Your role
As our PLM Manager, you will take ownership of the PLM initiative and ensure successful implementation, governance, and adoption across Weibel.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the definition, implementation, and integration of Autodesk Fusion Manage as Weibel’s PLM system, acting as project manager for the initiative
• Owning the PLM roadmap and backlog, including prioritization based on business value and implementation needs
• Establishing and maintaining PLM governance, including data models, workflows, lifecycle states, roles, and process frameworks
• Securing progress, quality, and organizational anchoring through validation, pilot activities, user feedback, and staged roll-out
• Coordinating external suppliers and consultants, including scope alignment, cost follow-up, and delivery quality
• Drive alignment of Engineering BOM to Manufacturing BOM and support PLM–ERP integration
• Contribute to establishing controlled production lifecycle workflows

Your profile
You have a strong understanding of how systems, processes, and business needs come together and are motivated by leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. You are decisive and results-driven and can create alignment across technical specialists, business stakeholders, and management.

With a structured and persistent approach, you balance business value, technical feasibility, and user adoption, while maintaining a sharp eye for quality within governance, processes, and data structures. You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where you can take ownership and deliver impact.

We imagine that you:

• Have a relevant background within engineering, product development, IT, quality, or similar
• Have solid knowledge of PLM concepts, including product structures, BOMs, document management, change management, and lifecycle workflows
• Are comfortable translating business requirements into system solutions in collaboration with specialists and external partners
• Roadmap and backlog management with prioritization based on business value
• Strong communication skills in English; Danish is an advantage in your daily collaboration but not a requirement
