Student Assistant - Procurement Operations

About the Role
We are looking for two Student Assistants to join our Procurement Operations team in Kvistgaard. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in an international procurement environment, supporting a variety of operational, analytical, and administrative activities. Together, the two Student Assistants will provide support throughout the week, helping to ensure efficient procurement processes and high-quality data management.

You will work closely with experienced procurement professionals and have the opportunity to develop your skills within supplier management, business analytics, ERP systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers a broad exposure to procurement operations, including supplier onboarding, master data management, reporting, spend analysis, and process optimization, while providing the flexibility needed to balance work with your studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain supplier master data in Dynamics.
• Monitor the Procurement mailbox and distribute incoming requests.
• Support supplier onboarding and master data quality.
• Verify supplier payment terms and supplier master data.
• Assist with spend analysis and supplier analysis.
• Follow up on missing purchase order confirmations.
• Support expediting of overdue supplier deliveries.
• Maintain and organize Procurement Teams folders and documentation.
• Prepare KPI reports, graphs and performance data.
• Support Power BI dashboards and procurement reporting.
• Maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc procurement tasks.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently studying Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or similar.
• Structured, analytical and detail-oriented.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage.
• Interest in data analysis and business processes.
• Strong communication skills in English; Danish is an advantage.
• Proactive with a willingness to learn.
