Som chefkonsulent får du en central rolle i at udvikle vores datagrundlag, analyser og governance.
Stillingen er nyoprettet og giver mulighed for at sætte tydelig retning for, hvordan L&F Gris fremover arbejder med data – teknisk, organisatorisk og fagligt.
Den centrale drivkraft er at gøre data mere tilgængelige, veldokumenterede og integrerede i overvågning, forskning og rådgivning i Landbrug & Fødevarer, Sektor for Gris.
I denne stilling skal man bidrage med højt specialiseret viden om epidemiologi, dataanalyse, modellering og veterinær vurdering, og bidrage til organisationens strategiske indsats. Man skal kunne kombinere epidemiologisk ekspertise med udvikling af datainfrastruktur og data governance.
Hovedansvarsområder
Data governance, datadisciplin og GDPR
- Ansvar for både de avancerede analyser og den langsigtede udvikling af LF Gris’ datamiljø.
- Arbejde i krydsfeltet mellem veterinærfaglig indsigt, statistik, dataarkitektur og samarbejde med eksterne datapartnere.
- Udvikle og implementere en samlet data governance-ramme for L&F Gris, omfattende dokumentation, metadata, datakvalitet, adgangsstyring og datastrømme på tværs af interne systemer og eksterne samarbejdspartnere.
- Etablere og vedligeholde dataaftaler, sikrer GDPR-compliance og skabe struktur, der understøtter både faglige analyser og organisatoriske behov.
Epidemiologiske analyser, datagrundlag og tekniske dataprocesser
- Dataudtræk, rensning og kvalitetssikring af komplekse datasæt (VetStat, PRRS, CHR, slagtedata).
- Epidemiologiske analyser samt udvikling og vurdering af statistiske modeller.
- Bidrage til at opbygge og modernisere datainfrastruktur i L&F Gris, herunder datalake/data warehouse, automatiske dataflows og tekniske workflows, der gør data lettere tilgængelige og bedre integrerede i overvågning og beslutningsstøtte.
Stillingen skal desuden bidrage til udvikling og anvendelse af nye datadrevne teknologier, herunder kunstig intelligens (AI), med henblik på at styrke analyser, automatisering og beslutningsstøtte.
Projekter, samarbejde og formidling
- Udarbejdelse af notater og faglige vurderinger inden for sundhed, antibiotika og produktivitet.
- Faglig sparring i nationale og internationale projekter samt støtte til datagovernance og overvågning.
- Bidrage til præsentationer, rapporter og formidling af analyser.
Din profil
- Kandidatgrad i datalogi, data science, statistik eller tilsvarende
- Erfaring med dataanalyse, modellering og komplekse datasæt
- Erfaring med dataløsninger (pipelines, data warehouse)
- Stærk forståelse for data governance og GDPR
- Programmeringserfaring (Python, R, SQL).
