In the Netherlands, CERTIFER operates from Noord-Scharwoude and Utrecht, employing nearly 100 professionals. The role Financial Administrative Employee (32–40 hours per week) As a Financial Administrative Employee, you play a key role within the finance team. You are responsible for ensuring that financial processes are carried out accurately, efficiently and on time. You will work closely with colleagues within the finance department, both locally and in France, as well as with other departments across the organisation. In doing so, you contribute to reliable and transparent financial reporting. Key responsibilities Manage project administration and provide support to project managers ? ? ? ? ? Process purchase and sales invoices and maintain accounts payable and receivable Monitor bank transactions and payment terms, and proactively follow up on outstanding accounts Identify discrepancies and contribute to process improvements and optimisation Support monthly and annual closings, audits and internal controls Act as a point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders (including banks, auditors, government bodies and partners) Your profile ? ? ? ? ? De functie Als financieel administratief medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de financiële administratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat financiële processen accuraat, tijdig en volledig worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen de financiële afdeling, zowel in Nederland als in Frankrijk, en onderhoudt daarnaast contact met andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie. In deze rol draag je actief bij aan een betrouwbare en transparante financiële verslaglegging. Wat ga je doen? ? ? ? Beheren van de projectadministratie en ondersteunen van projectmanagers Verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen en beheren van debiteuren en crediteuren Monitoren van banktransacties en betalingscondities en actief opvolgen van betalingsachterstanden ? ? ? Signaleren van afwijkingen en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties Ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen, audits en interne controles Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en externe partijen, zoals banken, accountants en overheidsinstanties Wat breng je mee? ? ? ? ? ?
