The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong UX Design capabilities to help shape Viaplay’s customer retention experiences.

As a Product Manager, you will identify meaningful customer and business opportunities and turn them into products and experiences that create long-term value. You will set direction, prioritise opportunities and own outcomes from discovery through to impact.

This is a hands-on Product Manager role with a strong UX dimension. You will turn insights into customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and testable concepts. We are looking for someone who combines strong product and commercial judgement with data-informed decision-making and the ability to make ideas tangible.

You will work closely with a dedicated cross-functional development team, including engineers and an Engineering Manager. You will also collaborate with experts across user research, product analytics, design, commercial strategy, CRM and local markets to shape solutions that are valuable for customers, viable for the business and feasible to build.

What you will do

• Own and evolve product experiences within Viaplay’s Retention Product Area, balancing customer value, commercial impact and a high-quality user experience
• Turn customer insights, behavioural data and business needs into clear and prioritised product opportunities
• Lead initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and experimentation through delivery, evaluation and iteration. Own success metrics and continuously improve solutions based on their impact
• Shape UX solutions through customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and interaction concepts. Work closely with engineers to turn ideas into feasible solutions
• Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across Product, Tech, Data, Design, CRM, Commercial, Customer Service and local Viaplay markets

What we’re looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:

• Product Management experience with customer-facing digital products and cross-functional development teams
• Strong UX capabilities. You should be able to independently create user flows, wireframes, and low- or medium-fidelity prototypes in Figma or similar tools
• Experience using customer insights, product analytics, experimentation, and success metrics to guide product decisions
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance customer value, business impact, and technical considerations
• Experience in subscription products, streaming, e-commerce, lifecycle management, CRM, payments, or retention is highly valuable

• Comfortable moving between product strategy, data, UX and day-to-day product decisions.
• A pragmatic leader who enjoys working with a team to create measurable impact, earn customer trust and build long-term value.
