As Sales Manager, Commercial Services, you will be part of a dynamic commercial team, in charge of our sales of and training in our service offerings through our many sales companies and distributors — with the purpose of expanding and sustaining our position in all markets. We do not expect you to be an expert already, but as long as you want to learn fast, you could be the right fit.

Lead the commercial development and operations of FOSS’ Inside Sales channel
You will be the central link to FOSS’ global subsidiaries and distributors, preparing Sales, Marketing, and Service teams for successful sales of services. You will become the global commercial ambassador of the Inside Sales channel and the primary point of contact for FOSS’ global sales force for any customer concerns or improvement suggestions.

Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance and business growth across subsidiaries, with a focus on subscriptions, spare parts, reagents & consumables, and training services.
• Manage and drive sales training programs for main stakeholders.
• Drive, develop and facilitate meetings with subsidiaries and distributors
• Roll out and communicate new features and improvements
• Create presentation material to support communication to stakeholder groups

Qualifications

You are a strong communicator with the ability to build relations with stakeholders at all levels of a global organization, as you will support our global growth of subscription sales.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have and can demonstrate:

• An ambitious and results-oriented sales personality with significant drive to build up new business.
• Min. 2 years’ experience in a sales role with budget responsibility preferably in a global company.
• Used to working in teams, with multi stakeholder management.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. within business administration, economics, or similar.

It is a bonus — but not a requirement — if you also have experience with service or subscription sales, working with subsidiaries and distributors, or working across cultures and markets.
