Partner with the business to drive profitable digital growth
As Finance Manager, Digital Commerce, you will join our Global Commercial Finance team and play a key role in turning financial insight into commercial action. Working closely with colleagues across digital commerce, sales, marketing, merchandising and supply chain, you will help ensure that strategic decisions are supported by robust financial analysis and a clear understanding of business performance.

This is a highly visible business partnering role where you will work alongside commercial stakeholders across markets and functions, helping them navigate opportunities, investments and growth ambitions in a fast-moving digital environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting across the digital commerce business.
• Providing insights into revenue, margin and profitability drivers to support commercial decision-making.
• Partnering with stakeholders on pricing, promotions, marketing investments and other growth initiatives.
• Driving month-end analysis, performance reviews and follow-up on business results.
• Developing business cases that support strategic investments, market opportunities and long-term growth.

You enjoy being close to the business and are motivated by helping others make better decisions. Combining strong analytical capabilities with sound commercial judgement, you can translate complex financial information into clear recommendations and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions and cultures.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

• Have experience within commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Are comfortable working with data and turning analysis into actionable business insight.
• Have strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge and support decision-makers.
• Thrive in an international environment with collaboration across markets and functions.
• Hold a degree in Finance, Economics or a related field and bring several years of relevant experience.
