Freelance IT Support 1st & 2nd. line
For vores kunde søger vi en engageret IT Supporter til et længerevarende konsulentforløb. Du bliver en del af et velfungerende supportteam, hvor du primært skal håndtere 1st level supportopgaver og sekundært bistå med 2nd level support. Rollen indebærer tæt kontakt med virksomhedens brugere, hvor du sikrer en professionel og effektiv håndtering af IT-relaterede udfordringer.
Faglige kompetencer
- Du har erfaring med 1st level support fra en IT-servicedesk eller intern IT-afdeling.
- Du har solid forståelse for Microsoft 365, Windows og øvrige Microsoft-baserede brugerplatforme.
- Du har erfaring med fejlsøgning og support af arbejdsstationer, standardsoftware og brugerrelaterede IT-problemer.
- Du trives med både telefonisk support og personlig support ude hos brugerne.
- Du har kendskab til generel brugeradministration og håndtering af supporttickets.
- Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med lettere 2nd level supportopgaver.

- Du er serviceminded og motiveres af at hjælpe brugerne hurtigt og professionelt.
- Du arbejder selvstændigt og tager ansvar for dine opgaver.
- Du er en stærk teamplayer, som ikke tøver med at søge sparring ved behov.
- Du formår at bevare overblikket i en travl hverdag med mange samtidige opgaver.
- Du kommunikerer positivt og professionelt, også når der er travlt.
- Du bidrager med energi, godt humør og en løsningsorienteret tilgang.
