Head of Product Consumer Golf

Trackman is looking for an ambitious and business-oriented Head of Product who is ready to take ownership of our Consumer business, including the development of our Consumer Golf app and paid layer. Your main objective is to build an engaging consumer experience, which increases the value between visits and on-site. The north star is creating more personal and complete user journeys with insights and clarity around what to do next. A social layer is expected to amplify and drive continued engagement, but the core value is centered around the golfer’s performance. Looking ahead, a central avenue of growth is making the Trackman Golf app come alive on the golf course, allowing golfers to make better choices and play better. For a better game! 

This position will allow you to work with several senior stakeholders in a very dynamic environment – driven by our passion for the product, the customer, and the game of golf! Formally, the position is anchored in Business Development Golf, where the leader reports to Vice-CEO, Nikolaj Kromann Jørgensen.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Own the holistic consumer product strategy and roadmap. Shape the future of digital golf by creating an app that players genuinely rely on to get better. 

• Cultivate a world-class product organization. Lead and inspire your Product Owners and Managers to create a cohesive ecosystem that seamlessly integrates the golfer’s progress across all environments, transforming a session-based tool into a lifelong companion for improvement.

• Be the primary expert within the Consumer Golf domain. Maintain a constant pulse on market shifts and user needs, while fostering an environment that prioritizes deep user empathy, quick iterations, and quality output.

• Identify and execute key partnerships and collaborations that extend the reach and value of the Trackman golf app, creating network effects that reinforce our position as the standard for improvement.

To be sufficiently close to the market, it is expected that you will be in the market for around 1 week per 5-6 weeks. Travels will mainly be across Europe and the US, but over time they could also be more towards Asia (expected to be later adopters of Trackman Consumer products, due to preferences not least in UI/UX). 

We´re looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields. 

• Has 10+ years of working experience within product development, business development, project management, sales or a combination of these. 

• Has experience building digital consumer products and understands how to collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering Managers. Brings a strong commercial mindset with analytical thinking. 

• Is an excellent communicator who listens, influences, and presents ideas effectively. 

• Has a proven track record of delivering high-quality products to the market. 

• Thrives in an international, collaborative environment. 

• Has a deep passion for golf and either plays at a bogey level or better or has relevant golf industry experience.

The ideal candidate knows Trackman in detail through hands-on experience and demonstrates strong business acumen together with a desire to create better golf experiences for the committed golfer.

We are located at DTU Science Park in Hørsholm. We take great pride in the state-of-art building we have designed!
