About the role
As a Marketing Advisory Analyst, you will be solving business challenges related to marketing, customer engagement and digital growth. You will be involved in both strategic and implementation-focused work, supporting clients from problem definition and analysis through to solution design and delivery. The role will give you hands-on experience with client projects, business development and internal community activities, while providing a strong platform to build a career within marketing advisory and customer transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing market, customer and business data to develop insights and recommendations for clients.
• Supporting the design of marketing strategies, customer journeys and experience concepts that create business value.
• Contributing to project deliverables, including presentations, reports, workshop materials and client-ready recommendations.
• Assisting in stakeholder interviews, research activities, workshops and client meetings.
• Supporting the assessment and implementation of marketing technology, data-driven marketing capabilities and digital experience platforms.
• Collaborating with clients and Accenture teams across strategy, creative, technology, data and operations.
• Helping translate complex business challenges into structured, actionable solutions.
• Contributing to business development, thought leadership and internal community initiatives within Accenture Song.

• A relevant master’s degree in marketing, communication, digital business or a related field.
• Strong academic background and proven ability to analyze complex problems in a structured way.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experience within marketing, consulting, customer experience, digital strategy, analytics, product management or business development.
• Familiarity with areas such as customer journeys, campaign management, marketing automation, CRM, personalization, content, commerce or digital experience platforms.
• Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Danish language preferred but not a necessity.
