Purpose of the Job
Support the Banks financial performance and planning, steering, decision-making and management analysis. Ensure financial transparency, including sales and profitability follow-up and/or cost follow-up, and provide insightful analysis that aligns with the bank’s objectives as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Responsibilities of the Job
- Support business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with commercial managers and other stakeholders locally and centrally
- Secure that financial goals are communicated and clearly understood by managers and co-workers in the unit
- Work with accounting and/or business stakeholders to perform the monthly closure processes, including reconciliations and documentation to external auditors
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Act as a financial advisor to stakeholders, providing recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling and business case development
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, group policies and financial regulations
- Participate in group-wide projects and contribute to harmonization of financial processes across branches
- Secure correct cost allocation
- Contribute to the management reporting, with financial and non-financial information and assumptions related to local market or holistic bank view and its business drivers
- Plan and carry out ad hoc analysis and activities as requested by Finance Manager, Business Navigation Manager, Head of Business Navigation and/or CFO

Education Level
Master's Degree

Experience/Demonstrated Competencies
Work experience within financial controlling including analytics, budgeting and financial planning

Language Competencies
Native Polish & Fluent English (verbal and written)

Knowledge required
- Understanding of financial controlling, accounting principles and various types of reporting
- Knowledge in Excel and other financial systems (e.g. Qliksense)
