STORE MANAGER (NEW STORE)

As a store manager at Lager 157, you are committed and have a strong drive of your own. Together with your colleagues, you will provide our customers with the best possible service. As a store manager, you lead and drive the store staff towards set sales targets. You are also responsible for the store's operations, service level, sales, budget, and other administration.

Applicants should have at least three years of experience in a leadership position within the industry. Your leadership is characterized by entrepreneurship, commitment, and a strong drive of your own. We offer you a challenging position with good development opportunities.

As a store manager at Lager 157:

• You ensure that the store operates according to Lager 157's concept and current operating procedures.

• You work to achieve sales targets and positively develop other key figures.

• You have personnel responsibility and are responsible for the working environment and development of employees.

• You are a good role model who acts consistently with the company's culture and values.

• You plan, secure, and follow up on staffing and personnel costs for the store.

• You maintain the company's guidelines for exposure, ongoing campaigns, and other activities and take genuine responsibility for conveying Lager 157's range in a credible manner.

• You create the best possible store experience - always with the customer encounter in focus!

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting many different people and wants a job where you are physically active. You are organized and a great team player with the energy and power to perform.

You need to have a good enough command of English to be able to receive, give, and follow work instructions, as well as communicate with managers, colleagues, and customers. Additional language skills are advantageous.

The role reports to the regional manager.
