About the role

When you join Adtraction, you will become part of a team that combines creativity, collaboration, ambition, and commercial drive. Every role plays a part in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients, partners, and each other.

As Influencer Manager, you’ll drive the growth of influencer marketing in Denmark. You’ll recruit and engage influencers, help them deliver strong results on our platform, and build a new vertical from the ground up.

You'll build on an established base of strong Danish brands across beauty, fashion, food, media and lifestyle, including names like Matas, Synoptik, HelloFresh, Mofibo, H&M, Bubbleroom, Kop&Kande and RevolutionRace, and you'll help bring many more into influencer-driven partnerships.

You’ll also play a key part in launching Iriz ( iriz.app ) in the Danish market and recruiting new brands to it, and you’ll work with premium content creators and media houses.

Reporting to Jesper (Head of Partners), you’ll help expand Adtraction’s Danish influencer footprint and grow managed gross profit.

What you’ll do

• Grow influencer-driven gross profit in Denmark.

• Identify, recruit, and actively engage new influencers and content creators to drive results on the platform.

• Optimize influencer performance and help creators scale their results in DK.

• Launch Iriz in the Danish market and recruit brands to Iriz.

• Build relationships with premium content creators and media houses.

• Build long-term trust through regular communication, face-to-face meetings, and by representing Adtraction at industry events.

• Track partner activity using core systems (e.g. Salesforce, internal AI tool) to analyze data, resolve issues quickly, and provide strategic insights.

• Plan and execute extra promotional activities and seasonal e-commerce initiatives (e.g., Black Week and Christmas shopping).

• Handle partnership terms and commercial agreements to ensure fair, mutually beneficial, and sustainable growth.

What you bring

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, ideally with a strong background in digital affiliate and performance partner models.

• A communicative, sales-oriented personality with a hunter instinct and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Comfort and experience in working with technical tools, including CRM systems (like Salesforce), internal AI applications, and affiliate tracking platforms.

• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to travel for events and meetings.

• An enthusiasm for networking, with a clear willingness to travel and attend industry events or face-to-face partner meetings.

• A proactive, confident, and self-sufficient personality with the drive to take initiative and work independently.
