Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for strengthening Hilti Denmark’s digital presence and commercial impact online. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team and regional stakeholders to localize marketing content, manage campaigns, and create seamless digital experiences for both customers and internal teams.

What You'll do

• Manage and continuously improve Hilti.dk with strong content, first-class user experience, and increased conversion across the customer journeys.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on translation and localization, adapting product launches specifically for the Danish market and tracking their performance.
• Drive adoption of digital self-service solutions through testing and training.
• Implementing marketing lead flows and initiatives to support Salesforce.com pipeline building.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (e.g. traffic, conversion, customer engagement) and identify opportunities for improvement through analytics and insights.
• Maintain and optimize digital systems and processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that support sales enablement and the digitization of customer interactions.

Please note that this is a 1-year parental leave cover starting in September.

What You’ll Bring

• 2-5 years of experience with e-commerce or digital marketing, including campaign execution and platform management.
• Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM and CMS systems to improve traffic, visibility, and conversion.
• Fluent in Danish and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm and a passion for contributing ideas and solutions that drive digital innovation.
• A structured and proactive approach, with a proven ability to improve processess and enhance customer experience.
