Director, Digital Growth

At s360, you will play a key role in helping clients grow through strategic advisory, digital understanding, and trusted client engagement.

You will join our Digital Growth team in Aarhus or Copenhagen and work closely with clients and colleagues across s360. If you are motivated by combining strategic perspective with commercial action, this could be the right next step for you.

Own client growth agendas

As a Director in Digital Growth, you will be a senior sparring partner for clients and assume full ownership of your own customer portfolio. It will be your responsibility to understand each client’s business, identify the biggest growth opportunities, and make sure strategy, execution, and stakeholder management come together in a way that creates momentum and results.

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Be a trusted partner: Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a senior advisor on growth opportunities, priorities, and challenges.

• Strategic Roadmap: Take ownership of strategic client dialogues and help turn business goals into clear digital roadmaps and actions.

• Strategy & Planning: Develop digital strategies, media strategies, project descriptions and media plans. Set up and prepare budgets and reporting.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with specialists across disciplines to connect strategy, channel performance, data, and execution.

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset

We are looking for someone who can combine strategic perspective with strong client presence and a solid understanding of how digital disciplines work together. You do not need to fit a rigid checklist, but we believe the right candidate will recognise themselves in most of the points below.

You will bring:

• Solid Experience: +6 years of experience from a senior digital, commercial, consulting, or agency role where you have worked closely with clients and business growth.

• Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong overall understanding of digital marketing and the ability to see how channels, data, creative, and commercial priorities connect.

• Client Leadership: You create trust, stay present and show empathy in your dialogues with clients.

• Strategic clarity: Ability to turn complexity into clear recommendations, priorities, and next steps.

• Growth mindset: A proactive and business-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients grow.

• Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

• Innovation & AI Curiosity: Curiosity about new ways of working, including how AI can strengthen quality, efficiency, and decision-making in digital marketing.
