WINE MANAGER - STUDIO MARE

We expect:
Experience in wine service and sommelier work, 3-5 years preferred.
Strong knowledge of wine, food pairing, and guest experience
Ability to curate and maintain a wine list aligned with the restaurant concept
Experience in training and guiding service staff on wine service
Strong communication skills and teamwork in a multicultural environment is a must
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Respectful, professional, and service-minded attitude
Work permit in DK
