We are looking for a committed and experienced Chef de partie to join our kitchen team. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy gastronomic environment in one of the most renowned restaurant in Copenhagen who has a keen eye for quality and wants to develop their professional skills in collaboration with a professional and dedicated team.
We are looking for a Chef de partie who meets the following:
Professional training as a chef or documented experience at an equivalent level.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably as Chef de partie or Sous Chef.
Strong technical skills in hot and cold kitchen techniques.
Good understanding of food hygiene, dietary and allergen management.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain focus on details.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
Positive attitude, proactive and solution-oriented.
Responsible with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality food.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
Respect for diversity and ability to create a safe working environment.
