LCMS Product Specialist

Agilent seeks an LC/MS Product Specialist for the Nordics region to serve as technical expert and liaison for liquid chromatography mass spectrometry solutions. The role combines technical sales leadership, customer engagement, competitive strategy, and sales enablement to drive market share growth across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
Responsibilities
- Act as LC/MS technical liaison for customers and internal teams; propose differentiated solutions against competitors
- Plan and deliver customer presentations, technical visits, workshops, and on-site demonstrations aligned to needs
- Lead product-line strategy execution in-country including competitive positioning and deal strategies
- Develop technical competency for sales teams and partners through product training and solution selling
- Provide deal forecasts, market insights, and activity tracking via Salesforce CRM with monthly reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Science, or related discipline
- 5+ years experience in analytical, scientific, or instrument industry with LC/LCMS application exposure
- Strong understanding of LC/MS workflows and ability to translate needs into solution configurations
- Hands-on experience with Triple Quad LC/MS, QTOF, or Single Quadrupole systems preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; confident customer engagement ability
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex, high-impact problems
- Strong cross-functional teamwork skills; experience with product launches and customer events
