Missão do Cargo:
Garantir que os dispositivos médicos sejam utilizados de maneira eficaz e segura, proporcionando suporte contínuo e educacional tanto para os profissionais de saúde quanto para os clientes, e colaborando com as equipes internas para promover a satisfação do cliente e a melhoria contínua dos produtos.
Responsabilidades:
· Conhecimento profundo em embriologia, KPIs, cultura e princípios de meios de vitrificação.
· Supervisionar e orientar embriologistas nos protocolos de pré-biópsia, biópsia e pós-biópsia.
· Realizar sessões de treinamento para embriologistas em nosso portfólio de dispositivos médicos em visitas programadas a centros de fertilização in vitro (FIV).
· Fornecer aconselhamento embriológico e genético apropriado, bem como feedback e ajuda quando necessário.
· Acompanhar leads potenciais para vendas de dispositivos médicos, conforme necessário.
· Fornece suporte clínico contínuo às clínicas parceiras em conjunto com a equipe de suporte clínico mais ampla.
· Participar de congressos locais e internacionais para fornecer suporte clínico e educacional à equipe comercial.
· Preparar e apresentar palestras científicas e workshops em congressos e clínicas, conforme necessário.
· Gerenciar continuamente o relacionamento com os clientes em colaboração com a equipe comercial.
· Apoiar a equipe de marketing na revisão e promoção de conteúdo.
· Apoiar a equipe regulatória em assuntos específicos.
· Buscar e fornecer material sobre nossos produtos para a equipe de vendas e clientes.
· Intermediar consultas entre clientes e equipe de vendas com os gerentes de produtos.
Formação:
· Graduação em Biologia, Biomedicina,
· Diferencial:
mestrado em Ciência Reprodutiva.
Especialização em biologia molecular
Especialização em Reprodução Humana
Inglês e espanhol avançado
Requisitos:
· Experiência em realização de biópsias de embriões e tubagem.
· Registro no conselho de classe.
· Experiência prévia em posição que envolva prática clínica
· Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, planejar e priorizar cargas de trabalho ao redor de viagens internacionais e necessidades dos clientes.
· Espanhol e Inglês avançado, verbal e escrita com capacidade de apresentar ideias claras e concisas.
