Senior Clinical Research Associate position with ICON Strategic Solutions in Copenhagen, responsible for overseeing clinical trial site activities and ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across multiple study locations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence and GCP standard compliance
- Conduct site visits to assess performance, identify issues, and provide operational support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timely and accurate data collection
- Train site staff and other CRAs on clinical trial conduct standards
- Build and maintain relationships with site personnel to support trial execution
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, medicine, or related field
- Extensive CRA experience with demonstrated knowledge of clinical trial processes
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice standards
- Ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in clinical trial software and data integrity tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60% (international and domestic)
